Hello Everyone,
About a year and a half my book Splash of Color hit the "newsstands"! I was so excited to have this labor of love finally arrive. Since then I have taught many classes from my book and have seen many students make some of the quilts that are so close to my heart.
It has been quite a journey and there isn't an end in sight! I so loved creating the quilts for the book, and I LOVE teaching the quilts from the book too.
Seeing my students create their own versions of my quilts is such a thrill and they do it well!!!
Since the launch of my book I have partnered with Aurifil... my thread of choice and created a collection of thread to compliment the quilts from the book!
What fun it was to select these thread colors and then to use them in quilting and piecing projects. They are a dream.
