These rates are calculated on the weight of the package in ounces. We always strive to fit items in smaller mailers, if we do we will refund any difference in shipping costs to you!

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with due to a defect. Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us. Refunds will not be given for shipping & handling charges. A 20% restocking fee is charged for returns. Sale items and cut yardage may not be returned. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned. All returns must be in original condition and packaging and they must not have a smoke odor to them. Returns that have a smoke odor will not be refunded.
Class Policy
All classes must be paid in full prior to attending. Should you have to cancel class within 90 days of the first class, you will be issued a full refund. If the cancellation, occurs within 60 days of the first class, 75% of your fee will be refunded. If cancellation occurs within 30 days, your class fee will be non-refundable.
