Hello Everyone,
For the last week I had been away on vacation celebrating my Mom's 80th birthday! I had a fantastic time with my entire family. I will share photos of this in another blog post, I have to go through all the photos and edit them.
But in the mean time, I wanted to share with you what was waiting for me when I got home....
Squeal! My advanced copy of my book!!! It is finally becoming real... so excited!! It is everything that I imagined and more. But the best part is that I am now holding it in my hot little hands!!!
Here it is close up, can you believe it?? And the best part is that it will be in the shop in just about a month and YOU could be holding a signed copy in your hands too. But even better than that there are some fantastic designs that I created for you to re-create. The book is filled with illustrations and instructions for you to do just that. I even talk about fabric selections! And as a BONUS, there are alternate quilts that are made as well so that you can see how to use the blocks with different fabric selections and also set differently!

Meet Proud Mary. This quilt was made and named for my paternal grandmother.... My Nana. Although she is no long with us, she was one of the strongest most influential ladies in my life, and still is to this day. I miss her and this is a tribute to her... Quilts like this are throughout the book!
