Hello Everyone,

I haven't baked in a while because I gave up sweets about a year ago.  But today, I baked!  I may not be eating them, but they are for a few special friends.  I thought you might like to see what I made.

First the batter for the brownie cookies goes onto the parchment paper and then into the oven.

As soon as they come out of the oven the peanut butter balls go on top.

Then I covered it with melted chocolate... yummy!

And there you have it, the Buckeye Brownie Cookie is born!  Let it cool and enjoy!
