Hello Everyone,
It seems like ages since I have blogged! Ack!! I hate that. I have been traveling and finally I am sitting down writing this blog post. I wanted to share some of my travels with you. One of the things that I love when I travel is the people that I meet and how fabulous each and everyone of them are, truly!! Plus, I have tons of fun too.
So last week I spent the week going back and forth to Long Island to the Huntington Quilters Guild. First was the lecture, which I shared on the previous blog post. Then I went back for the Cactus Flower Table Runner workshop. Here are some of the photos from the workshop.
Nope this isn't the project we worked on, this quilt was a show and tell that one of my students brought in and shared. I thought it was totally awesome and and near and dear to my heart. The reason is the quilt consists of African and Australian fabrics. These fabrics are some of my favorites in the whole fabric world!!!
We had a little visitor to the workshop... perhaps one day she will be a quilter too??
Look... almost there!!!
Three done!!
The lovely ladies with their units done for the Cactus Flower Table Runner. I can't wait to see all their completed projects.

Yup... I will be posting another tomorrow. So come on back!!
Until Next Time...
