Hello Everyone,
First of all I can't begin to tell you how excited I am to share with you my newest and second
Craftsy class which will launch next week!!! I am squealing with delight as I hope you will too when you see the class. Over the next three days, I am going to do a behind the scenes blog post with something a little different each day showing you what happens leading up to the class and during the filming. You will also have a chance to enter to win this class for FREE!!! How cool is that?
Let's get started... First of all the class is called Contemporary Curves Double Wedding Ring Quilts. How many of you have made a Double Wedding Ring Quilt or wanted to make one? In this class you will learn how to do that AND it's counterpart the Pickle Dish!
Before we film the class, there is a lot of prep work involved in creating the curriculum as well as the samples for the class. So much goes into the curriculum as we want to get it just right. I draft the patterns and then write them and then the prep work on the samples begins.
Without the help of my very good friend Lisa, I would have been up all night and day... no sleep, making the samples... on top of writing the patterns and curriculum. So I am forever thankful to her for her time and generosity. She was AWESOME!
You can see we kept ourselves extremely busy creating some beauties for you to feast your eyes on and to create yourselves. As you can see we have made some bright and bold samples from black and white with a Splash of Color... (wink, wink!).
