Hello Everyone,
Yay! I worked more on my Broken Daisy Placemats. I got all the paper piecing complete and have cut out all of the templates... the red half circles and the black "S". I really like how it all looks.
The colors really make me happy, but the background fabric I used... well... I just LOVE it and it will make for one happy table. The best thing is that these placemats have been easy to make.
Although, I must confess that I was getting easily distracted the other day and really didn't stay on task. If I did stay on task, these would be complete... I mean quilted and on their way to being bound too. I will have them done this week... PROMISE! You can find the pattern here.
As far as the sneak peek... I am working on some new patterns and my friend Nedra is helping me out. We are using my new template set "Links and Circles" that can be found here.
The first top is done and I am super excited about it. I will be putting it on the machine to be quilted and then I will be working on writing the pattern soon. Photos will need to be taken and then the pattern printed.... so hopefully you will get to see the whole pattern soon!
But enjoy these little glimpses first. Hope you like them! I know I am loving it!
