Hello Everyone,

I promised you a great class today!  Quick & Easy English Paper Piecing with Helen Stubbings is a phenomenal class. I loved every second.  I learned a ton of things and may change the way I do things just a bit.

The great thing to remember if you are new to Craftsy and you sign up for this class you will be entered to win $1000 for a craft focused charity of your choice!  It could be something like Project Linus or Quilts of Valor!! AND you have the Craftsy guarantee of 100% money back if you don't like the class.

Enough of that, I really want to show you the class and my EPP project that I have had in the works for years now!  You know that one of the most popular shapes to hand piece is hexagons.  And that is what I was/am working on...

My grandmother's flower garden is made out of 1930s fabric and is so sweet.  I used a lot of the techniques that Helen shows in the class, but I learn a lot about my stitching.  What frustrated me most is that my stitches show a bit.  I didn't like that.

But Helen gave me information on the right types of needles, thread, and how to stitch.  Completely invaluable!

You can see how I carry around my hexies and I really need to start doing them again.  Guess what?  Helen gave me the inspiration to do so!!! I really love doing them.  I have 29 full flowers complete... I need more for a quilt.

Helen show her projects, tips, and techniques throughout the class.  But not only does she show hexagons, but other shapes too!  How fun is that?

But take a look at some of the projects and then let's meet Helen!

I hope you will want to give Helen's class a try! It is fantastic!  Remember though to use my unique link by clicking here.  This link will allow you to be entered into the giveaway!  You have nothing to lose with the money back guarantee!  If you love hand piecing then this is the class for you!

Last but not least, here is a unique link to my class at half price, Piecing the Quiltworx Dresden Plate.  And here is the link to the page on my website with other classes that I have taken too!

Share with your friends and celebrate National Craft Month!!  Do you have an English Paper Piecing project in the works?? If so, what are you working on??

Until Next Time...
