Hello Everyone,
Yesterday, I spent some more time joining units and piecing more curves. If you missed where I was at yesterday, you can click here and read yesterday's blog post. I have many more curves to go, but I really enjoy piecing curves!
Let's take a look at what I accomplished yesterday...
The first thing that I had to do is join the Unit A arcs to the Unit M melons for a total of 10.
Easy, peasy... 2 in the lighter purple and 8 in the darker purple melons. They kind of look like eyes, don't they?
Now I had the CMS units to join to the Unit B arcs. I took 16 Dark CMS units and 16 Medium CMS units and joined them to 16 each of the Unit B arcs for a total of 32. The one above is the Dark CMS unit.
This one is the Medium CMS unit. Then to get them ready for the curved piecing.
Look... help even showed up at my sewing machine. It never hurts to have a bit of quality control!
Voila, 16 done! I was just able to get the Dark CMS units done as I ran out of time. Tomorrow, I won't be sewing at all or over the weekend. I am traveling to do a trunk show in NJ on Saturday and then to Long Island to teach on Sunday. I will be back to sewing on Monday or Tuesday.

Until Next Time...
