Hello Everyone,
Sorry I have been remiss in blogging lately. I have been super duper busy! That is definitely a good thing! So I am going to start with yesterday and then go backwards on my next blog post to last week. I know reverse order isn't always the best, but it is what I have for now.
Yesterday, I spent the day with a fun group of ladies in Mt. Vernon, NY, the Pelham Quilters. I taught the Total Eclipse Class. This classic Judy Niemeyer pattern is one of my favorite to teach. It is a beginner paper piecing class and can be taught in one day. The ladies had a great time and made some terrific progress.
One of the things that I like most about teaching class is the color combos that the students have. I love this orange and blue.
Renee's blocks are almost done.
This color combo had my heart singing. Hot pink and black. Can't go wrong there.
Renee had her blocks all trimmed and ready.
Okay so this has noting to do with the class, but one of the students (Doris) brought in this absolutely GORGEOUS Dear Jane quilt. She knew how much I like black and white quilts and brought it in to show me. Don't you just LOVE it???
Love the funky combinations here.
Renee added black and white... trust me, I wanted to walk off with this one!
Another finished. The orange and blue combo that I love.
Another done... the hot pink and black! Yummy!
Oooo... and the funky one too!!
I guess that there aren't any that I don't really like. They are all fabulous don't you think?
But guess what I have a whole album with lots more photos there. Just click here to see the album. If you would like the pattern, just click here.
Oh and one more thing.... only one more day to enter the GIVEAWAY!!! Just click here for more information.
Until Next Time...
