Hello Everyone,
Yup, I am still on Vermont Quilt Festival. But I promise this is the last post. While I was there, I saw TONS of gorgeous quilts hanging, but I wanted to share with you ALL the Judy Niemeyer quilts that were hanging. They even won ribbons!! So let's get it started...
The first Judy quilt in the show was mine!! I made her Queen Size Feathered Star and it was hanging in the Faculty Showcase. I was thrilled to see it hanging. I have never actually had it showing anywhere other than a trunk show.
The next one is this Captain's Wheel made by my friend and fellow CI Ginny Radloff. I just love the patriotic colors.
Glacier Star, the treatment that was used for the borders is fantastic!
Captain's Wheel again in the original color way.
Glacier Star made by Sue O'Dea. She took this class from me and she won a ribbon! Fantastic job Sue!!
This was a challenge piece for Sew Batik that my friend, Ginny Radloff made. She made this using components of Judy's patterns. It turned out fantastic!
So that is the parade of Judy Niemeyer quilts at Vermont Quilt Festival. I would say it was successful.
Until Next Time...
