Yesterday I showed you the fabrics that I am using in my daughter's college quilt.  Today I started to cut them into 3.5 inch squares.  Then I began to place them on my design wall...

I have a R and a P, now all I need is the I.  My design wall is just not big enough.  I will have to make this quilt in sections and then put it together.  But this is the basic concept. 

I think it is coming along nicely and it is what my daughter has requested.  

Now to add the black and white fabrics!  Stay tuned for more.
