On Tuesday, I had the pleasure of speaking with a great group of ladies on Long Island. I went to the Huntington Quilters Guild. They were fabulous and very welcoming. This past weekend, I had the pleasure of traveling to Houlton, ME which is about a mile or so from the Canadian border. The purpose of my travels there was to present a trunk show and workshop to the Friends and Needles Quilt Guild. Houlton is not a very big town at all and it was also very cold there this past weekend, but I can't begin to tell you what a great time I had!!!
My hubby came along for the ride as it took a day to travel there. It was great to have him with me. On Friday before my trunk show, we decided to go into Canada as we were told that Woodstock was a neat little town and Hartland is the home to the worlds longest covered bridge!!!
Hello Everyone,I have kind of been off the grid for a few days. Part of the reason being, I was working around the clock to finish my Queen Size Feathered Star quilting! Guess what it is DONE!
