Many of you have been following my Mariner's Compass class that I am teaching in Massachusetts. This is a favorite class for me to teach because there are so many choices in colors for the quilt that can be chosen and every student's quilts look different. But not to mention spectacular. So let's take a peek...
Love this version, it is going to be very striking! Can't wait to see it finished.
This version reminds me of salsa, don't you think?? Bright and bold.
This version is kind of funny... a true paper pieced unit in the upper left! Wink, wink... she was just auditioning the sail and wanted to see how it fit.
This one we were auditioning purples for the rope section. We think this was the winner.
This version, just says patriotic to me! Love the grays with the reds and blues.
