Hello Everyone,

Have you ever had your tea leaves read?  Did you have any good fortune predicted?  Well, I just put the finishing touches on my Tea Leaf Table Runners (pattern available here)  and I think they brought me good fortune today... well at least a smile was brought to my face!

I began the day by quilting them.  I just did some simple wavy modern quilting on each leaf.  I really think this was the best way to quilt them.  Something simple.

Then I applied the binding.  I love the binding too.  I used a black and white print and all it says on it is "stitch".  Cut on the bias, it gives a sort of striped look which I really like.

I really love the colors that I chose!  If you were to make these runners, what colors would you choose?

These will some day live on my table, however at the moment they will serve as class samples for the classes that I teach.  I will be teaching this one in August at the Clamshell Quilt Guild show in Connecticut.  Would love to see you there.  You can see my full schedule by clicking here.

Take a class with me online for half off!

Until Next Time...
