Hello Everyone,

Did you ever have just a little bit of time and want to deviate and do something different?  I did on Thursday!  I had just two hours and I decided to make these cute little "pods".  These seem to be all the rage at the moment and I must say, I can see why!

A quick little project to make for yourself and to giveaway as little gifts.  They are so much fun and don't require much to make.  I must say that Joan Hawley of Lazy Girl Designs is a bit of a genius when it comes to bags.  I have made many of her other bags and love her technique.

The little Sweetpea Pods that I made, I decided to use black and white and brights.  The result really makes me smile.

I loved using the bright zippers and changing out the color of the pull.  So much fun.  My friend Lisa said they look like fortune cookies and I think she is right.  They do don't they?

I know you probably want to know if I sell the pattern... sorry I don't at the moment.  But you can go here to Joan's website to find out who does sell it.

Also, I should let you know that Joan has a great Craftsy class too, Zip It Up!... which I took and absolutely LOVED!  You can make 3 different bags in her class.  Just click on this link to read the info on her class and maybe enroll.  If you do, I am sure you will love it!

Hope you have a great weekend!

Until Next Time...
